To do so, please read the following terms.Association Insurance GroupProfessional Liability Insurance Summary of Terms & Conditions EligibilityThe Association Insurance Group Professional Liability Program is designed to provide professional liability insurance for personal trainers and exercise instructors who are classified as "independent contractors." This policy is for individuals only. CostsAnnual cost for accredited certified personal trainers and group exercise instructors is $175. Note: Cost includes premiums for insurance, and enrollment in the National Health Club Association Purchasing Group.Special RequirementsAll instructors and trainers must complete an application to obtain coverage. Items such as certification and experience are taken into consideration for approval. This program is not available in Canada, Alaska or Puerto Rico. CoverageThis policy will cover damages should you become legally obligated to pay for "bodily injury" caused by your negligence while engaging in a personal training session or group instruction. The company will have the right to defend you against any "suit" seeking such damages. However, the insurance company will have no duty to defend you against a claim that is not covered under the policy. Policy Limits of CoverageThe annual aggregate limit of liability coverage is $3,000,000, with a per occurrence limit of $1,000,000. Exclusions (Not Covered)The following activities and/or operations are not included within the Professional Liability Program and are therefore not covered:

You understand that the premium and purchasing group enrollment fees are fully earned. There will be no return premium should you request your coverage to be cancelled within the policy term. It is understood that intentional misrepresentation on the enrollment application may jeopardize coverage.
